Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados

Instructions:

    out the avocado flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the Avocados:Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired consistency (some like it chunky, others prefer it smooth).
  3. Add the Vegetables: Add the diced red onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, and cilantro to the mashed avocados.
  4. Season:Stir in the minced garlic. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture to add a bright and citrusy flavor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix Well:Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  6. Adjust Flavors:Taste the guacamole and adjust the lime, salt, or pepper according to your preference.
  7. Chill: For best flavor, cover the guacamole with plastic wrap, ensuring the wrap is in direct contact with the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
